Today has been a stress inducing day. I awoke to the sounds of our Christmas tree crashing out in the den and then found my two little monester (erm children) underneath of it giggling...thank heavens I didn't decorate it yet! That could have been a lot of glass and injuries to clean up. McKenzie gave me the excuse that she thought she saw something shining on the tree and tried to reach it, but then McKayla wanted to reach it first, so between the two of them climbing up the tree, it fell down. Here's to hoping next years tree is more sturdy!
