Nika smiled, "Hey Gabby. I was just calling to see how you were, haven't spoken since that Mommy and me class. What's up? How are the twins," she asked, as she got off the couch, pacing around her living room, all the while flipping through the channels on the tv trying to find something to watch. She wondered how Nat was as well, having not spoken to her in a while to.

"Oh hi Nika, I'm ok, I was sick but I feel much better now. Are you busy? I haven't seen you in a while as well, Nat and I are down at the bowling alley with the twins, you should join us." she suggested as she pulled out her wallet, preparing to pay for two games of bowling plus some bowling shoes. She turned to Nat, "Can I borrow a quarter?" she asked, after much begging from her little ones for one of those jellie bracelets from the vending machines. "Your at a fine age to get jiggy with it. C'mon, you said it yourself, you want a child. " she replied.

Nika almost threw the remote, there was nothing on and she was so bored, when it registered what Gabby said. "Busy, I wish I was busy. I'm bored out of my skull. Matt took Jaime and his brother to San Fransisco to help my brother with his house, so it's just me and Jackie here. Bowling, cool, I'd love to come, mind if I bring Jackie," she said to Gabby.

"Mind? Not at all. I have the twins so they can play together." Gaby replied as she handed the cashier a twenty. "Is that enough?" she asked him. He nodded and she smiled, stepping aside so Nat could pay for whatever she wanted. "Hey Nat, good news. Nika and Jaime are coming. I have her on the phone now." she informed her as McKenzie finally smiled at Nat. "See I told you she wasn't scary." Gaby told her daughter. "Kids love ya." she told Nat with a smile, "all the more reason to have one. And if ya don't wanna lose your figure, I heard Ocean Springs was opening an adoption agency in the spring."

Nika told Gabby bye and she hung up the phone. She prepared the diaper bag, and picked up Jackie from the playpen. The baby cried at being woken up and she patted his back, running her hands soothingly through his dark hair. "Shhh, it's okay peanut, it's okay." She waited till he was done crying to out him in the baby carrier. She put the diaper bag on her shoulder and picked up the carrier, going to the car.
She got to the bowling alley ten minutes later and looked around for Gabby. She spotted her and walked over, placing the carrier down, picking up Jackie and holding the five month old baby, then tapped Gabby on the shoulder, "Hey."

"Bye, see you soon." Gaby replied before flipping her cell shut, thus hanging up with Nika. McKenzie reached her arms up to her mother and Gaby bent down and lifted her one year old. Then in chain reaction, McKayla did the same, but she added a puppy pout on her face, "Daddy taught you well." she kidded, "And by daddy I mean Justin." she corrected herself, not wanting to think about their biological father. She picked up McKayla as well and carried them over to their lane, Lane 5.
She shouted softly when someone tapped her on the shoulder. Looking at the clock, seeing that it had been 10 minutes since she last spoke to Nika she reasoned that it was probrably her. "Hey, you made it." she said as she turned around, facing Nika. "And so did you little Jackie." she continued, smiling at the little boy. She looked at her stomach, wondering if it was a girl or boy. She already had both gender top names in mind, now Justin just had to tell Gaby which one he liked best of the four.

Jackie smiled at Gabby, hischubby hands reaching out to her, "Oh, he wants you told him," Nika said to Gabby, smiling at the twins. She bent down a little, sliding the baby bag off her shoulder and almost sighed in relief, that thing was heavy.

Gaby smiled at Jackie's attempt for her to hold him. Gaby wondered if she should hold him or not. It could cause numerous problems for her. For one her and Nika could be awkward about it, what if Nika was secretly a protective type mother? What if she'd rather not have Gaby holding Jackie? And then there was the twins, they get easily jelous. If she held Jackie then surely they'd bug her to hold them too. She pondered this for but a moment before looking right into Jackie's innocent, adorable eyes. "Oh, okay." she said as she reached over for him. Once she was holding him she tickled his tummy and talked to him. "He's so adorable." she commented Nika. McKenzie and McKayla had a sort of pout look on their face that was shaked as soon as the cashier/waitor brought over their pizza and juices and sodas. "me want!" they both shouted, running to the best of their ability over to where the guy was standing.

Nika smiled as Jackie giggled adorably when Gabby tickled his stomach. He was smiling and she loved when he smiled, her little peanut. She wondered what nickname would come to her for the baby growing in her stomach. She was going to get an ultrasound soon, see the gender of the baby. She laughed when the twins wanted the pizza and juice. She was hungry to. She wondered if she should order something.

Seeing the twins practically run down the pizza guy she smiled and walked over to them, handing Jackie back to Nika. She opened the cheesy pizza box and got the paper cups put for them. After cutting a slice of pizza in half and then into smaller peices for them she offered Nika some, "Would you like some? No way can I finish this whole pie." she explained as she got another paper plate and cup out for Nika. "And there's plenty to drink, no need to order anything seperate. Really, it's fine." she assured her as she placed a slice on her plate, waiting to see if Nika wanted any. She bent down to the twins and placed their pizza plates onto their bowling lane's table, and then she poured some of the apple juice into their bottles equally, and handed that to them as well. "Man, you girls make it seem as though I don't feed ya." she kidded as she took a bite out of her slice.

Nika giggled and reached for a piece of pizza, bouncing Jackie on her knee. He was playing with a bead he had found on the table and she kept a close eye on him, making sure he wasn't about to swallow it. When Jaime was around six months old the boy had swallowed a marble and she didn't want that happening again. She almost shoved the pizza in her mouth, she was so hungry and it smelled so good. She looked around for something, a condiment, something was missing from the pizza, but she didn't no what. She just had a craving to put something on the pizza. She got up and walked to the next lane of bowlers, who had ketcup on their table. "May I borrow you ketchup," she asked them and they nodded, telling her she can keep it. She and Jackie walked back to the table, ketchup in hand. She than preceeded to pour the ketchup on the pizza, and than she took a bite, not even minding the stange taste. Than she looked around, finally noticing something was missing, "Hey Gabby, where's Nat?"

Gaby smiled as well, fullly enjoying her cheesy thick pizza. She kept a close eye on her twins, who were sitting across from where she was eating on the bar-like bowling tables. The tables with the barstools on one side and the bowling balls stored on the other that are generally found in every bowling alley. She too devoured her pizza relatively quickly, being giddy when she got to the crust. "The crusts the best part." she said as she broke peices of the crust off and into her mouth. She noticed that Nika too was enjoying her pizza. So much that she had poured ketchup onto it. "Ketchup on pizza, that's a new one." she remarked at the odd sight. "How'd you ever think of that?" she asked, intrested in Nika's creative ways. Of course, Gaby was not about to pour ketchup on her slice though, it was perfect in it's own cheesy way.
Admitedly Gaby had forgotten all about Nat, she had disappeared for so long that she was really confused after Nika asked her where their friend ran off too. "Not sure, maybe she bumped into Robert?" Gaby suggested, beginning to scan the alley for any sight of Nathalie. 'Where did she go?' she asked herself, trying to think back to anything Nathalie might of said as far as leaving or going to the bathroom or something like that went.

Nika looked at Gabby when she asked about the pizza, "Not sure," she admited, "I just thought something was missing from the pizza and than I spotted the ketchup, and I realized that was what was missing. Weird, it taste good though, a little stange, but good. Maybe she did spot Robert," she looked around the bowling alley, trying to spot the blonde. Jackie was still playing with the bead.

Gaby continued scanning the premise for Nat, "Any sign of her or Robert?" she asked Nika as she cut herself another slice. "Want another slice?" she asked Nika. The twins nodded their head, thinking their mother was talking to them. "I see my children do." she teased as she cut another slice in half and then into smaller peices for them. She served them and told them that they couldn't have anymore after that because it would spoil their dinner. Plus she planned on buying them each a popsicle from the vending machines. She then poured herself some coke, offering Nika some more soda as well. "Would Jackie like some juice in his bottle?" she asked, not wanting to leave anyone out. Jackie may have been young, but it was sugar-free apple juice, which should be fine for him. It was recommended by Gerber afterall.
