After recieving the shocking news about her little sister Evelynn staying with her, Gaby decided that Evelynn would need some clothes, so she decided to take her to JcPennys. Gaby took Evelynns hand and walked into the store. "Me want dress!" Evelynn demanded. Gaby smiled sweetly and simply said 'We'll see".

Kennedi lingered her fingers around the hangers, looking through the kids' section. She frowned, placing her hands on her hips. Walking towards the exit/entrance, she noticed a cute little girl and it's supposed sister. "Hi!" She said cheerily, waving to the two. Yeah, Kennedi was weird.

"Uh..hi?" Gaby replied after she was caught off guard by the friendly stranger. "Have we met before?" she asked her. "Hi" Evelynn replied in a high tone with a wide smile on her face. "Oooh..Gaby I like this one" Evelynn said as she ran over to a rainbow colored dress.  "Thats..intresting...." Gaby replied at the sight of it. "How about this one?" she suggested as she held up a much nicer dress.  Evelynn titled her head. "It ok...but I like this one more" she replied, holding up the rainbow one. |

She laughed and shrugged. "I don't think so. But you might have met my friend, Hayley. The one with the really great red hair." She said, with a small laugh. "I'm Kennedi, by the way." She added. Kennedi smiled at the little girl, laughing a bit.

"Nice to meet you Kennedi, I'm Gabriella and this is my little sister Evelynn" Gaby replied. 'Hayley, hayley..do I know a Hayley?' she thought to herself. 'Oh yeah, Hayley, red hair, music lover' she continued. "Yeah, I think I've met Hayley before, she likes music right?" Gaby asked, getting Demi and Hayley confused. Evelynn ran over to Gaby and said "I want this one" (the rainbow one). "I give up! You can get that one" she said with a sigh. After thinking it over a minute she said "Wait, Hayley, Hayley yes, I met her at the zoo the other day. Sorry earlier I was thinking about this girl named Demi, but now I remember whose who." she blurted out.

She grinned and nodded. "Pleasure to meet you too." She said, smiling toothily. Kennedi watched Evelynn, looking at the rainbow dress. "Nice dress you got there." She complimented, laughing to herself.

"Yeah, its pretty" Gaby replied sarcastically. "So, do you live with Hayley?" Gaby asked Kennedi, "Or are you two neighbors?..." she continued. "I want to wear my dress now!" Evelynn said. "You have to wait until I buy it" Gaby replied. "No, I want to wear it right now!" Evelynn whined. "You cant until its paid for" Gaby explained. Evelynn didnt like that. "Put it on me now!" she screamed. "Watch your tone!" Gaby replied. With that Evelynn threw herself on the ground and pounded her legs loudly on the floor. "Get up!" Gaby said harshly. "Make me!" Evelynn replied. "Dont tempt me" Gaby said through her teeth. Evelynn screamed and people began to stare at them. Gaby grabbed Evelynns arms and pulled her up. In response Evelynn screamed even louder and kicked her legs. "Stop it!" Gaby yelled. Evelynn didnt listen.

"Uh, well we're sortof neighbors. She lives a couple of houses away from me, but still the same neighborhood." She answered, slightly shrugging. Kennedi continued watching Evelynn's behaviour. "If you don't mind, I could watch Evelynn if you want or something." Kennedi offered. "You probably don't want all this stress, so maybe I could help out." She suggested, shrugging slightly.

As Evelynn continued throwing a fit Gaby replied "That would be nice, you think you can get her under control?" she asked/said. "Good luck" Gaby said as she walked into the newborn baby clothing section. (Gaby is pregnant and due in 3 weeks). Evelynn ran off and hid inside a rack of toddler shirts and folded her legs and pouted.

Kennedi grinned, waving at Gaby. "Bye!" She exclaimed, now looking off towards Evelynn. Walking towards the shirts, Kennedi seperated a jumble of shirts to both sides, now looking at Evelynn. "Peekaboo!" She exclaimed chidlishly. "Wanna go try on that color-tastic shirt of yours?" She asked, bending down onto her knees. Kennedi was no expert at kids, but she did once volunteer to help with children at a kindergarten class.
