"Oh, sorry..where are my manners? I'm Eva, Lillians older sister, I just moved here" she explained to Nika. "And you are..?" she continued, not paying attention to the girls name during Lillians discussion with her earlier. During that time she was busy playing with Kylie. Gaby could see that the twins were tiring. She placed them both into the two carriers she had brought in preparation for their nap time. She buckled them each into their comfy carriers and placed blankets atop their lower bodies. "I knew they'd get tired" she said to nobody in particular.

"Nika, and this is Matt," she said and then when Jaime was trying to reached for a roll on the table, " And these to little trouble makers are our sons Jaime and Jackie." She handed her son the roll, breaking it in half so he wouldn't eat so much that he would be able to eat dinner, and ate the other half herself.

"Pleasure to meet you all." Eva replied, smiling cheerfully at little Jaime and even smaller Jackie. "Your sons are so adorable" she complimented Nika and Matt. She sipped her apple cider and turned to Lillian. "Know when we can eat?" she asked in a hushed tone. "Not a clue." Lillian replied. Eva turned, facing forward, placing a napkin on her lap. Gaby looked around the table. 'I wonder where Justin and Erika are...' she thought silently.

"Are we ever going to eat," Matt asked. "Eventually," Nika said, smiling at a giggling Jackie who Matt was bouncing on his knee. The two hippies Matt had said he'd seen earlier where coming closer to the table, still debating about the Indian issue. Matt rolled his eyes and looked at them like he wanted to say something and was just barely holding himself back.

Jack sat down next to Lexx and Callie sat next to Jack. The two sat quietly, not really sure if they should of come. No one was too sure about their company. May just looked happy. Lexx flattend the crane and not exactly smiling.

Gaby looked around the table, wondering if they could eat or not? Even though some people hadent arrived yet she figured they could begin the feast, afterall she was hungry to the point her stomach began to hurt. "Lets eat!" she announced, taking the lid off the turkey. "Allow me" Eva said, carving the turkey for Gaby who smiled thankfully in return. Lillian put some fixings on a plate for Hailey, just a bit of everything. Eva took a peice of the turkey and ate it. "Yum." she remarked, wiping her finger on her napkin. She cut a few slices and served everyone at the table: Nika, Matt, May, Lexx, Callie, Jack, and Leena. Then she served herself while Lillian fixed a small plate for Kylie.

Nika giggled at the entusaistic way Eva was serving everyone. She gave Jaime some turkey off her plate and added some mashed potatoes, carrots, and cranberry sauce for him. Matt was already piling up what seemed to be a mountain of food on his plate. His stomach seemed to be a bottomless pitt but she loved him anyway. He was still bouncing a happy Jackie on his leg. She took a bite of turkey.

Gaby placed two slices of turkey on her plate with just a drizzle of gravy, two spoonfuls of mashed potatoes with light butter, some carrots, some cranberries, and a serving of potato/macaroni salad. Lillian placed a slice of turkey on her plate heavy with the gravy, some mashed potatoes with light butter, and some pasta salad. Eva tossed herself a small salad with hand picked fixings from the salad bar, picked a peice of turkey on her plate dry, and put some candied carrots next to it. They all began eating. And all three of them agreed the food was scrumptious. "Give my compliments to the cook" Gaby kidded, knowing the cook wasnt there.

Nika wasn't eating much, she couldn't seem to hold anything down for the last few weeks. Matt shot her a concerned look, "Are you okay luv," he asked. "Yeah, I'm fine," she said, ignoring the way her stomach gave a funny lurch at that statement. Jaime was busily jamming food into his mouth and watching Hailey over the table.

As Gaby picked at her plate she couldnt help but notice that Nika wasnt exactly eating. "You okay?" she whispered to her, tapping her foot under the table to grab her attention. Meanwhile Lillian and Eva continued eating off their plates. McKenzie and McKayla slept, and Hailey stuffed her face, smiling with food in her mouth at Jaime. Kylie mushed on some candied carrots.

Nika turned to Gabby, "Not really, lately I haven't been able to keep anything I eat down and the sight of the turkey right now is making me quesy. I just didn't want to tell Matt that, he'll get worried and rush me off to the hospital or something."

Gaby smiled understandidly. "Me too, but I've been fighting it left and right, though I too am a bit nautious" she admitted in a hushed tone. "Are you guys pregnant?" Eva suddenly bursted out, not meaning to say that aloud. Lillian dropped her fork on the plate, creating a loud clashing sound. Gaby coughed, almost choking on her turkey.

Nika sat with a stunned looked on her face and Matt's fork clattered to his plate as he turned to his fiance, his face almost white, "Honey, is there something your not telling me." Nika had the fight the urge to strangle Eva for blurting that out. She had an appointment with the doctor to see if she was, the home test she had taken said postive, but she didn't want Matt to get his hopes up, that's why she hadn't told him. She knew how much he wanted another child, a little girl, and it would devestate him if she wasn't.

Eva was sorry she said that outloud. She bit her lower lip, flashed Gaby and Nika a 'sorry' glare, and then looked down, sipping her cider. Gabriella too had to resist the urge to dump her plate of food on Eva. She flashed Eva an angry smirk. Eva looked down again. Gaby gulped hard, not knowing how to handle it. Gaby had taken a home test which came up positive and she had her doctors appointment the other day that confirmed it. She turned red with embarassment and anger. Lillian widened her eyes at her sister, and Hailey asked "Where do baby come from?" Lillian said nothing.

Nika wasn't sure what to do. Matt was looking at her, expecting an answer, and there was this red hot inferno of anger that inside her that made her want to do something stupid. She was also having a hard time not facing bitter amusement at the fact the Lillian's three year old daughter was asking about babies already. Here comes the stork lecture. Jaime was looking at her, "Is there 'nother one in there," pointed at Nika's stomach then Jackie, indicating baby. Matt, "Well, answer him, and me," he said, trying to keep his temper in check. If she was, why the hell didn't she tell him.
"I think I am, but I didn't want to get your hopes up if I wasn't, so I didn't want to tell you until after my doctor's appointment tommorow. I took a home test and it was postive," she explained waiting for his reaction.
