In side Skylar felt like a totally retart for asking that question of course they are to young even Bella is and there the same age. After shortly she tried to bring up a convostation but Gaby beat her to it , Skylar repiled ' Brandon is 5 and is in pre-school at the the moment'. But he is on the 4 day weekend and tomarrow we are going to the park, would you like to join us its the least we can do for you guys you brought us to your house to celebrate thanksgiving'. We are so Greatful.

The embarassment on Skylar's face was clear as day and Gaby felt bad for questioning Skylar's judgement, "Don't even worry about it, the twins do look old for their age I suppose" she reasoned before taking a bite out of her brownie. As she enjoyed the chewy chocolately goodness inside her mouth she couldn't help but crave peppermint ice cream. When she was younger her family always put peppermint ice cream on top of brownies, so the lack of peppermint ice cream at this event made her crave it even more. After pondering that thought for a moment she turned her attention back to Skylar, who had just invivted them to the park tomorrow, "I just have to check my calendar but I'm pretty sure we are free tomorrow--that sounds like a lot of fun, doesn't it girls?" she asked as she turned to them. McKenzie smiled instantaneously with her sister, "park!!" she yelled with enthusiasm in her voice, "I'll take that as a yes, thanks Skylar." she finished.

Skylar counldn't help but hearing about Gaby craveing Peppermint ice cream. Skylar remembered when she had here 1st taste of that ice cream. It was like a party in her mouth. She also remembered her Ex-huband left her the day before. But for the sack of Bella and Brandon she tried not to think about him not being there for Thanksgiving or even for Christmas last year. But shortly after thinking about the bad thoughts she looked over at Bella and saw her staring at The Apple-pie waiting to be cut. 'Skylar giggled and stood up and waked towards the Apple pie and cut a peice of it , and brought it to Bella's plate. Bella's face was so cheerful, she couldn't wait to take a bit of the pie.

As Skylar stood up to get her daughter a slice of pie she turned to her twins, "Anyone want pie?" she questioned--"me full" McKenzie replied as her eyes began to shut, "me too" McKayla replied, eyes also getting a bit droopy. Gaby let out a soft yawn and looked over at her son, he was sleeping too. When Skylar returned to the table she smiled, "Your daughter certainly has a healthy appetite" she teased, "my girls skipped their nap today so now they are too tired to eat anything more, I think we ought to be heading home soon" she finished.

'As do I and Bella, and brandon well this Thankgiving was a thanksgiving i will never forget. Thank you for everything'. Skylar then looked over at Bella and saw her head down on the table asleep. Skylar then picked up Bella and put her on her lap. Then looked at Brandon his eyes were deffentally droopy. She sooned relized that it was getting late and still had to give Bella and Brandon a bath because they both had juicy turkey juice on the clothes. So Skylar started to clean up Brandon's and Bellla's plates with Bella still in her hands and Brandon half asleep in his chair.

Gaby didnt want to the dinner to end but, as any mother will tell you, what your kids want always triumphs what you want, so as Skylar began cleaning up Bella and Brandon's plates, she quickly cleared McKenzie and McKaylas plates and followed Skylar to the kitchen, "It's kind of a shame nobody else in the town showed up, but I'm very glad that we were able to meet. Enjoy the rest of your evening and I will see you tomorrow at the park." she finished, handing Skylar a note with her cell number on it for contact purposes. Shortly thereafter Gaby placed the twins into their stroller, placed Collin in his carrier, and was on her way. It really was a lovely Thanksgiving among friends.
