Evan nodded and smiled at Gaby. "Alright. My skills have gone to work about twice since I was eight. My Mom says it is good to have them though. Since I make public appearances and such. Half the time I think she is crazy though!" she said. She was joking about the last part though, even though it seemed it to most.
Evan looked at the score board. "Oh yeah, I nearly forgot." she said cheerfully getting up. "I would like to meet Lillian. Anytime. I have nothing to do usually. I bet she is pretty busy though." she said, picking up a blue ball and sending it down the lane. It hit four of the pins. The next hit the rest of the pins. "A spare." she stated.

Gaby giggled, suprised at how quickly Nika handed her the almost button-less blouse. "I'll sew it tonight and get it back to you hopefully tomorrow." she replied as she placed the blouse in the twins' diaperbag. "Nice, a spare They seem to like me today too." she told Evangeline. She watched as her daughters licked their ice pops, making their faces and fingers sticky. She prepared their wet wipes to clean them off when they finished.

Nika bit into her pizza, making sure none of the kethup fell into her son's hair. He decided he was going to sit in mommy's lap and sulk because his buttons were taken away. He was pouting, and he looked so adorably sullen. She stroked his cheek hoping to get him to giggle. He did, and than he decided he wanted to suck on mommy's finger.

Evan smiled at Gaby. "Yeah. I'm surprised. I'm not usually that good. But maybe my luck is changing." she said, sitting back down. She looked at the twins and smiled. The nshe looked at Jackie and smiled at him too. Evan loved kids to pieces, but was in no hurry whatsoever to have one. Not that she had anything against young mothers, she didn't at all. She had a lot of respect for them. It takes a lot of devotion.

Gaby also smiled at Jackie and Nika's bonding. She remembered when the twins used to suck on her fingers. She saddened at the realization that they were too old for that now. Wouldn't be too much longer before they outgrew bottles, and pacifiers, and strollers. Of course, by then she'd have the new baby to take care of, so at least she wouldn't be at a total loss. Although one baby sure would be different than two.
"Yea, me too. I usually do worse than this. Get we got lucky today." she commented as she realized it was her turn. She bowled and scored a seven. "Or not.." she remarked, coming back to the table with a giggle.

Nika giggled, "At least your bowling doesn't result in bodily injuries. Remember, I told you about my sister's foot," she said to Gabby. Jackie was still sucking on her finger, and she ate the last of her pizza. She was still hungry. She wished there were waiter's in a bowling alley, she really didn't want to go up to a counter and order something besides pizza. She wanted french fries.

Evan giggled at Gaby's turn. "I suppose not. But seven is defiently not bad." she said with a smile. She felt a little hungry. "Does anyone want anything else to eat? I'm going to go up to the counter and order something. Something with grease as a matter of fact. Tomorrow will be a salad day then." she said, standing up and looking from Gaby to Nika.

Gaby giggled. "Salad day? Your just like Lillian. Have your healthy, non eating barely days, and your junk food days." she replied. "Yea, sevens ok I guess..." she remarked as she notified Nika that it was now her turn. "No more sitting out, play ball. So to speak." she commented. "Yea, sure. You should get an order of fries. That would hit the spot." she told Evan at Evans food suggestion.

Nika smiled, "Oh yes, can you get me some french fries, oh and if they have it can i also have some chicken strips, and some nachos," she said, handing Evan money. "Thanks." Nika couldn't explain why she was so hungry, she had already eaten three pieces of pizza. She never ate this much. Must be hormones.
Nika than turned to Gabby and groaned, "Alright." She got up, still holding Jackie in one arm, and with the other she took the ball and threw it lazily at the lane. To her surprise she got another strike. "wow, I think my luck's changing. Usually I suck."

Evan nodded. "Alright Nika and Gaby. That all sounds good." she said taking the money and getting some of her own out. She smiled as Nika got a strike. "Wow. Good job. Lucky." she said, grinning. "And you didn't even try. I should try that method." she joked. "I'll be right back." she then said, walking towards the counter. A few older men eyed her as she walked towards the counter, but she paid them no attention.
"Can I get three orders of french fries, two orders of nachos and an order of chicken strips please?" she said to the boy who was serving the counter. "Why yes, you can have whatever you want." he said, flirting. She rolled her eyes and gave him the money. "Just give me the food." she said, taking it from him and walking back over ot Nika and Gaby.

"Wow, you definitly don't suck at bowling today. You do suck because your so good though." Gaby kidded as she looked at Nika's score. "Someone's pregnant hormones are acting up." she teased Nika, "You ordered a bunch of food. I'll mooch off you." she told her as McKenzie and McKayla yawned. "I know two sleepy little girls." she told them. It was then that she remembered that their stroller was in the trunk afterall. She haden't checked the trunk because she was almost positive she had put it in the garage, but now she remembered that she brought it back out when she took them to the park the other day, and that's why it was in the trunk. "Hey, I'm gonna run to the van and get their stroller so they can take a nap. Watch them for me?" she told Nika and Evan as she disappeared out the exit, heading to her car.

Nika nodded to Gabby before she left. She was digging into her french fries, they were covered with the nacho cheese and ketchup. "Thanks for getting this," she told Evan, "Who's turn is it now," she asked. She took her eyes off the food to watch the twins, waiting for Gabby to get back.

Evan nodded to Gaby. "'Kay." she said setting down all of the food. She ate a nacho. "Yummy cheesy goodness." she said, glancing over at the twins. "Oh. It is my turn." she said, getting up and grabbing a ball. She sent it down the lane without trying too hard and surprisingly got a strike. "Wow Nika. Your method worked!" she teased, coming back over and eating a few fries.

Nika giggled, "I came up with a new method to bowling and I didn't even know it." It was Gabby's turn now, so she just ate her fries, waiting for her to get back. Jackie was squirming, looking for the shirt which he had been tearing the buttons off of. To get something to distract him, she grabbed a rattle out the bag. She handed it to him, and he giggled, happy.

At their mothers disappearance the twins began to fuss, tears filling their eyes. "mommy?" they asked Nika confusedly, wondering why she had left them so suddenly without so much as an explanation as to where or why she was leaving them. They were at that age where they didn't know their mother was coming back. When she left, they thought she was gone for good. They didn't know any better. This caused them to cry. They loved their mother, they didn't want to be given away or left alone.
Meanwhile Gaby popped her trunk open and pulled out their double stroller, along with their two blankets and stroller pillows. She then locked her car back up, opened up the stroller, placed the pillows and covers in each spot, and returned back into the bowling alley.
