Rules are strict, but the rules that are followed aren't written by the teachers. The cliques are strong, the govern the school and control everything.
The cliques do not mix. They do not talk. A strict code that Horsley is particually fond of. If you are caught disobeying theese rules, you are an outcast.
Preps must wear this. Emos must do this. It's simple.
Everyone is so wrapped up in labels they're to scared to try out everything new.
When someone does, a label gets stuck on them and suddenly a dosen people are doing the same.
