May sat on the examining table, swinging her feet. She looked around the room. She hated the smell of hospitals, like rubber, Clorox, and anti-bacterial medicine. Lexx sat in a chair in the corner, his fingers together like in deep thought. May scrunched her nose to the horrid smell and looked back at Lexx, "How much longer?" she moaned. Lexx shrugged his shoulders and stood up. He looked at the things on the counter. Cotton swabs, cotton balls, and a jar of lollipops for children...and probably May too. Last time they were there she demanded she should get one not matter how old she was. And on the way to their car she went into a whole elaboration about when she's an old woman she'd get lollipops too, even with dentures. "I hate the smell," May announced while looking up at the ceiling. Lexx nodded, "I know you do. We shouldn't have to wait much longer," he replied moving away from the counter to where May perched.

ooc; I don't know, it doesn't matter. I was just thinking that someone could come into the room by accident. i.e. Gaby was there for a checkup on her baby-on-the-way and accident. Something like that or whatever.

Gabriella had scheduled a check up for herself so she could get a checkup, and possibly an ultra sound of her baby on the way. She walked into the lobby, said her name to the receptionist, and was brought to her visiting room. On the way there she was shocked to spot May and Lexx sitting in the office right next door to hers. Once she answered a few of the nurses questions she walked back into Mays room. "May? Lexx? What are you guys doing here. The only people who come here are those of us who are---" she paused mid thought. Was May pregnant? "May are you--" she was interrupted by the entrance of Mays doctor. "Congradulations May Blues, your test came back positive! You are going to be a mother!" he told her. "May you are pregnant!" Gaby said in a state of shock with an almost smile on her face. She ran up to May and hugged her.

May looked at the doctor and then Gaby and shook her head abruptly. Lexx stood up quickly and shook his head too, "No, no, no, no!" he said moving his hands too. Doctor laughed, "No, not pregnancy, just a checkup. I was saying she's positive for getting a skin biopsy." May nodded, "Yeah. Just a routine checkup," she said laughing a bit too. Lexx nodded and sat back down. "I'll be back in a little bit," the doctor said walking out of the room.

Gabriella looked at May. "You don't even have a boyfriend! Who did you get with? The only boy I ever see you with is your brother!" she paused and looked at Lexx then back at May. "You two didn't..." she began as the doctor re-entered. "There has seemed to be a mistake on my behalf, I got you and May Blues confused. With that said, May Apples: Your test came back normal for anyone with albinoism, you are fine and free to go. Again I apologize for the confusion." he said that and left. Gaby looked at May and Lexx, speechless. She sat down, reflecting upon what had just happened.

Lexx rolled his eyes at Gaby, "You shouldn't jump to conclusions," he said looking at May who was just laughing. She looked at Gaby smiling, "You looked so funny, so...surprised! No, no. I'm not pregnant, like the doctor said," she said hoping Gaby didn't hear the part about her albinism. Lexx nodded, "So why are you hear, Ms. Gaby?"
