With the sadness of leaving her twins at Lots of Tots Daycare behind her, Gaby headed for the shore for a day relaxing in the sun. After a while of being stuck in traffic she finally reached Ocean City and pulled up next to a parking meter. She popped her trunk open and grabbed her beach towel, tanning lotion, and sunglasses. followed by the insertion of eight quarters for the parking meter. This was enough time to last the rest of the day. Once that was done she headed towards the hot sand. She crossed a few streets, and walked a short row of blocks before her feet finally hit the hot sand of the beach. Nice, she thought to herself as the ocean breeze swept her hair slightly. She looked around in search for a nice spot to settle in. After scanning the shore line for a moment she spotted that utopian spot and quickly rushed towards it before someone else accompied it. Success! she placed her towel down under the pre set up beach umbrella and relaxed atop it. Her pale legs hung out from the umbrella and as the tide came in, her toes were gently kissed with the somewhat cold beach water.

Nathalie was so exited to have a day off at the beach. She had already gotten there really early in the morning. She loves the beach. She is o happy she lives near one now. She saw in the corner of her eye a familiar face... It was Gabby. "OMG...we sure have a knack for running into eachother, dont we...why didnt you tall me you were comin down i would have came with you...wheres the Kids....Anyway i am here ow so wanna hang for the day??

Gaby sat up from her tanning position when she heard a familiar voice. Though she just about recognized the voice, the sun was blinding her. She slid her sunglasses down from her hair and then realized the familiar voice was Nathalie. "Hey Nat, fancy running into you here, I guess great minds think alike." she remarked. She paused. Wasent there something else Nat asked me? She pondered for a split second. Oh yeah, the twins! she remembered. "Yeah, see I needed to take one day off from playing mommy so I dropped them off at the local daycare. My friends work there, so I know their in good hands." she explained. She squirmed her toes around in the sand, enjoying the sensation of the hot sand on her cold toes.

Nathalie brought over her stuff to where Gabby was and place her towel down. She layed down next to Gab." aaaa....This is really nice" So do you wanna explore the board walk with me after the beach. I havent been here so you could probably show me around" Nathalie thought about all the gorgeous guys she was goin to see, and closed her eyes to relax.

"Yeah, I always HAVE to do the boardwalk when I come down here, the shopping is amazing, and Mac and Manco's has the best pizza ever!" she exclaimed as she rolled on her side facing Nathalie. "This sure is nice, all my worries wont matter till I get home later, much later." Then she sadened for a moment, as she missed her twins and thought about how they havent had their first trip to the beach yet. She thought about how much the two of them would enjoy the shallow water. She sighed and then put on a happy face and came back into reality. They were at the daycare center, being well taken care of, and she was here with Nathalie enjoying herself. It was a win, win situation.

Nathalie loved that she was going to spend the day with Gabby. She is so happy to finally have a friend...now all she needs is a boyfriend, but she did not want to have to worry about that today at all. " We should go to Mack and Manco's for lunch....o and i love boardwalk shopping...they always have the cutest stuff. I heard they have an Oxygenator here some where, Do you know where it is?

"Yeah, the natural high machine is in the Surf Mall I think.."she began. "Mac and Mancos is on the way down there, so we can stop there for pizza on the way to the Surf Mall" she planned. The sun beat down on Gabys body, making her sweat and begin to burn. "Lets go take a quick swim" she told Nathalie as she stood up and ran towards the ocean water. At first the water was colder than she had expected, but then it warmed up. She thought that it was weird swimming in November, but they had an usual hot day, which came once every Fall for some unknown reason in Ocean Springs.

"Ok we can do that"........."Ummmm sure lets go take a dip." Nathalie hated everything about goin in the water until she got used to the temperature. The waves crashing on you is the worst she thought. She followed Gabby into the water..."Holy Crap this is soOOooO cold!"

Gaby saw a less than thrilled look painted on Nathalies face. "Whats the matter, too cold for ya?" she kidded as she splashed water at Nat. She continued deeper, floating atop the decent sized waves. Out of the blue a large wave showed up and she was forced to dive under it, coming back up laughing. She loved it when that happened, though she wasnt too pleased by the nasty salthingyer taste in her mouth.

"O, so thats how you want it to be" Nathalie laughes and splashed back at Gabby. She was finally used to the water,so she was able to enjoy it. " I love the beach so much,Don't you?.....You know what we should do...get boogie boards so next time we come we can rice the waves!"

Gaby laughed, splashing Nat back. "Yeah, I love boogie boards, when I came down with my parents and siblings and my best friend, we all got boogie boards and had a blast riding the waves. Im glad you suggested it." she replied. She began thinking about the summer when she and her family plus her best friend came down here for the week. They rented an awesome condo for the week right by the beach and boardwalk literally. She remembered how they'd buy Polish Water Ices each day, and how they all had so much fun racing one another on the boogie boards as the waves crashed. It took her a while to get the hang of riding boogie boards, but her dad helped her and once she learned how to, she had a blast racing her best friend and her siblings. She also remembered the one day that they got white jelly fishes in the water, and how her sister picked one up andf put it down her bikini bottom. She felt so skeezy after that. Just the fact that it was alive and in her pants disgusted her. She was so mad at her sister, but she got even with her. Yeah, that trip was a great memory, everything about it. At the thought of the jelly fishes she quickly scanned the water to make sure there werent any swimming by them. It was clear. Good, she didnt like Jelly fishes.

"Thats cool that you brough your best friend that must have been a lot of fun."Nathalie though how she never got to go to the beach much with her family when she was younger but now that her family is not a big mess anymore they go more often,but she still wishes she still wishes she could have gone a ot more as a little kid.

"Yeah, it was. I just hope that someday I can bring my girls down here and let them experience the memory. I dont want to bring them until their toddlers though. That way they can actually remember the vacation. If I brought them now then it would technically be a waste because only I'd remember it, since its thought that kids dont develop a memory until they reach the toddler stage. As soon as their toddlers, it'll be vacations galore! Presumming I'll be able to afford it." she explained.

"Yea I can not wait till i have my own family and do these things with them....I want to expirience things i was not able to. Anyways...enough of that talk do you want to go back to the sand and "Tan" for a little bit and then maybe some lunch?"

"Yeah, Im getting tired anyway, a nice tan and then lunch sounds great!" she replied as she swam towards the sand. Once there she layed down atop her towel and put her sunglasses back on. She lathered more sun tan lotion all over her body.
