Hayley sat there on a bench, clearly having no idea what she was doing. "I think I can, I think I can." She whispered to herself ridiculously. Tying her hotpink laces tightly with her bony fingers, Hayley got up and attempted to skate. Uh-oh, disaster on ice. [=

Gabriella walked into Scooters hand in hand with Evan. "First we gotta go rent some skates" she said, heading towards the rental skate station. "Two please, size 7 and size..what size are you?" she asked.

Evan made a face "ahh 11" he said bitting his lip nerviously as he looked around and groaned he was going to get hurt falling on his ass.

"And a size 11" she told the clerk. He asked them to take off their shoes so he could switch them with the skates. Gaby did as she was asked and handed him her heels. Then she was handed her size 7 pair and walked over to a nearby bench and began putting them on. "This'll be fun, relax your with me" she told the tense Evan.

Evan laughed "that's what I'm afriad of" he joked taking off his boats and handed them to the cleark and put on the skates nerviously.

Gaby turned her head and looked at Evan and gave him a reassuring smile before she finished lacing up her skates. She then stood up and went and standed in front of him. "Need a hand getting up?" she joked.

Evan shook his head trying to get up and sucessfuly did for about 5 seconds, before slipping and falling on his ass he groaned.

Hayley laughed to herself, only glancing at the guy who slipped. Stepping into the rink herself, she squeekedly skated around the rink or two successfully, but with her hand clutched tight on the rail the whole time.

Evan sighed a bit frusterated he just embaressed himself in front of his big crush, he scratched his head as he looked around seeing a girl who apeared pretty good.

Gaby pulled Evan up and took his hand as they made their way to the entrance of the skate floor. Gaby stepped in first and waited for Evan to follow. "Hold onto the rail and step in" Gab told him. She ran a finger through her hair and made a small 8 figure skate circle before returning to Evan. She smiled as she waited for him to come in.

Gaby reached her hand out to Evan as if to say 'let me help you'. She thought is was so cute how he was a beginner at skating and how he was nervous about it. She was looking forward to teaching him how to skate, and she was determined to succeed.

Evan groaned "are you sure this is such a good idea?" he asked holding onto the railing as he was close to doing the slpits as his skates went rolling in the oposite direction.

"Trust me" Gaby said plainly. "If you dont trust me then I guarantee you will fall, BUT if you trust me then I wont let you fall" she said wisely. She extended her arm out to him. "Take my hand" she suggested/said.

Gaby took his hand and pulled him up onto his feet so that he was sturdy. "Follow my lead" she said. Gaby began a slow skate. "Its like walking, the only difference is your on skates" she said, "so center yourself, trust me, and put one foot in front of the other one and slow skate with me" she explained.
