"Hello Hailey sweetie. My you are a cutie." Jane crouched down and greeted the small child of Lillians. "Heyy Lillian." she said standing back up. She smiled at her friend. Jane wished she could tell everyone about the engagement, but she wanted to keep it a secret until the Rose Banquet. Her eyes glanced at the rows of roses, and caught on one. Oh, it was perfect. Shaped beautifully, semi-open, just perfect. She grinned. "Heyy Lill? I have to go for a sec. But I will talk to you later." she said, walking over to it. She picked it up in her hands and smiled, not sure if she was gonna buy one or not. She didn't notice Blake there.

Jack nodded, "It's been fine. Fio's adjusting well and we've been having alot of fun, right?" he said looking down at his daughter. She looked up at him and nodded, "Yes," she said quietly. She then turned back to the roses and stared at them caringly.

May looked at Gaby, "Ducky," she said put the wilted rose down and looking at the other ones. Sometimes it was lonely when you only had a brother to hang out with.

Lillian was pleased to see that Hailey was not bothering Jane, Jane was too sweet a person to ignore such a sweet child as Hailey was. "Hey, so are you here with anybody?" Lillian asked her in a supposed teasing way, she didnt know how right she was, but does anyone in Ocean Springs these days?

Gabriella smiled, "I don't doubt it, your little girl always has such a vibrant smile on her face." she responded as she watched Fio with fascinated eyes. "Hello May." Gaby said again, "Why did you say Ducky?" she kidded with a giggle.

"Ducky, as in peachy," May said looking at some other roses.

Jack smiled and laughed a little and looked down at Fio. She giggled at everyone staring at her and looked up at her father, "Are we getting a rose, papi?" she asked. Jack nodded, "I suppose we are."

Jane came back to Lillian with the rose. "Not here with anyone. Unless Blake is here..." she said, hinting that Blake and her were together. "What about you?" she asked Lillian.

Gabriella let out a small giggle, "Well I should be getting back to Justin, good luck with the rose." she told Jack as she headed back to her table. "Ciao Fio!" she added politely.

Meanwhile Lillian was sitting at the table chatting with Justin about his and Gabys wedding, you know...just something to do. She smiled down at the twins before calling her daughter over so she'd be ensured safety, and so Lillian could feel important. Lets face it, being date-less at a rose banquet wasn't exactly pleasant. As she wiggled her fingers at Kylie, her daughter, she re-greeted Jane, "Back so soon?" she kidded before swallowing what Jane just said. "You like Jack?" she whispered in a slightly tense tone. In her mind Lillian wanted to set Jane straight, for some unknown reason Lillian liked Jack, and as far as she was concerned he was off limits, at least until she tested him out to see if any sparks could fly between them.

"Ciao," he said waving to Gaby. Fio smiled, "Ciao, Miss Gaby," she said. Although, her "Miss" sounded more like "Mizz".

"Huh? No. I didn't say Jack. I said Blake." Jane said, sitting next to Lillian. Her eyes sparkled a bit. "Whyy?? Do you like Jack, Lilly?" she asked, loving good gossip. She grinned.

Lillian blushed smally, "No, I just thought you did is all!" she said quite rapidly. "I don't like like Jack, at least..." she paused, spotting Jack not too far off from their quaint table. "So yeah, I wish it would snow." she quickly changed the subject. "The snow just makes everything so pure, as if nothing 'dirty' could come your way." she hinted, emphasizing the word dirty. She rolled her eyes, "So we should jump start our music career soon, I wrote a song." she clever remarked, knowing fully that this should change her and Jane's conversation off Jack.

Jack heard Lilly's voice but didn't pick up what she was saying. He grabbed Fio's hand and they both walked to Lillian. "Hello, Lilly," he said happily, mainly because he was seeing Lilly again. Fio looked at Lillian, "Hello Miss Lilly."

Lillian was startled to see Jack standing in front of her, with David so close by. "Hello Jack, hello miss senorita Fio." she greeted with a warm smile. She was happy Jack came to see her, perhaps this was a sign for his affecton for her? She hoped so, for she was convinced he stole her heart ever since that darn Thanksgiving feast where their eyes first met. And now he had a daughter? One he didn't know of for the longest time, yet strangely she was not appauled by it, she actually....kind of liked it.

Fio giggled and looked up at Jack. He smiled down at Fio and then looked back at Lilly, kind of studying her face for a short minute. "Has anyone asked you to the Rose Banquet yet?" he asked kind of suddenly.

Jane raised her eyebrows supiciously. "Well, alright Lilly. If you say so." she said. "Yes. Snow would be nice." she remarked, thinking about the winter not too long before in Seattle, her hometown. She smiled at the mention of music. "Yeah yeah. We so should. A song? Cool. Good job already!" she said excitedly. A moment after that, Jack arrived with his daughter Fio. Jane hadn't really met Jack formally yet, but she greeted him anyway. "Hello Jack, Hello Fio." she said, hearing about him and his little one a few weeks ago.

Derek entered the Rose Shop. As he entered, he was blinded by the sight of beautiful roses. He also saw Jack, Fio, Jane, Gaby, Justin, Lillian, everyone! He walked over to where Lilly, his crush was standing. " Hey. " Derek smiled. He was there to pick up two roses of each colour, because Gabby needed some. She didn't come, because she had some horseback riding lessons. He waited patiently for Lillian to respond.

"Oh hello, I don't believe we've really met. I'm Jack, as you know, and this is Fio, my daughter," he said introducing himself and Fio to Jane. He smiled nicely, he was pretty polite when meeting people. He looked at Lilly again to tell her that his question still stood.
