The above are obviously the decorations,etc but that is not all. Yes this is an exchange party, but there is also a nice assortment of catering meals available. You can choose from ham, turkey, or pasta as your entree, along with your choice of macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, potato salad, macaroni salad, or green bean casserole on the side. There is a tray of lunch meats set up on the table with a basket of rolls next to it if you want a simple lunch meat sandwich. At the end of the table there is some brownies, assortment of cookies, cupcakes, and an apple pie. Over by the beverages there are some chips, cheese and crackers, and some pretzels.
Beverages- diet coke, regular coke, coke black, pepsi, rootbear, sprite, seven up, mountain dew, dr.pepper. Red wine, apple cider and peach cider, beer cans, and a bubbly champagene. Also available is water.
Gabriella walked into the Christmas Exchange party early as usual. She was always the first to be at the town gatherings and she did not know why. She used to be the girl who was always late but ever since she's become a mother she finds herself often times arriving earlier. The twins, who are now one years old, sat in their stroller seats and Gaby strolled into the hall where she was told the party would be hold. Below and behold she was pleased with the decorations and aroma of the food she saw there. She spotted a table in the front that of course was unoccupied and she made her way towards it while McKenzie struggled to undo her seatbelt, and McKayla drank her bottle. Gaby unstrapped the twins and let them crawl around. Neither of them could walk quite yet, but they were both very close, they could at least stand up in one spot now, so that was something. Gaby followed them as they each crawled over to the lighted tree, she had placed the present for her secret santa under it and so the twins saw a box and were curious as to what was in it. Gaby kept moving the box around so they wouldn't accidentally make a tear in the wrapping paper.
Lillian was next to show up at the Christmas Exchange Party, also with her two daughters in their stroller, and a present or so in her arms. She strolled over towards Gaby and placed the present(s) under the tree. Hailey, who was still three ran around the hall playfully, while Kylie, who was almost one, sat in her stroller chewing on some mushy animal cracker she found on her seat.
Following Lillian was her older sister Eva. Eva had no kids of her own, but she did the mother role in Lillians life, rather than the sister/friend role. Lillian did not like this about Eva, but Eva could not help it, she was overprotective. As soon as she walked through the entrance she spotted her sister and Gabriella. She walked over to them and greeted them as she placed her present(s) under the tree as well. She looked down at Gabriellas twins, "My they are getting big." she told Gaby who nodded in response. Hailey ran over to Eva shouting "Aunt Eva, your here!" before hugging her. "Hey kiddo! Tell me, are you on Santas naughty list or nice list?" she kidded with a wink. Hailey looked at her. "I a good girl, I nice." she replied with a giggle. Lillian rolled her eyes playfully as she lifted Kylie out of her stroller seat before she cradled her daughter on her hip. Kylie was happy since she was in her mothers arms, around lots of people, and with a pacifier in her mouth.
